Constance's Signature Treatment Includes a Massage and Facial Combination Treatment starts with a back, leg and foot massage. Client then rolls over. The facial begins, then massage of the arms, legs and more foot massage. Facial is completed with head, neck and face massage. Treatment uses many essential oils and warm towels. Facials and Skin Care treatment feature Pevonia Botanica Products that are made from only the finest non-comedogenic ingredients with nourishing phyto and marine extracts, essential and vegetable oils. Pevonia contains no artificial colors, fragrances mineral oil or lanolin and every product is alcohol and paba free. Products are available for purchase for at home care.

	Sports massage targets muscle groups used in a specific activity and works them on a deep level. It can be done before athletic events to calm and settle nerves, or after a workout to prevent soreness and help speed recovery by increasing blood flow, flushing out post-exercise lactic acid and stretching muscles to restore suppleness.

	Swedish Massage is the most common style of massage, done using the fingers and hands, is characterized by long strokes (called effleurage), friction and kneading, on the surface of the muscles. Oil or lotion is rubbed on the bare skin to smooth the stroke. Swedish massage is used largely for relaxation, reducing stress and pain and to improve circulation.

	Deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage, but more hand pressure is used to get into areas where muscles are especially tight.

	Neuromuscular massage is done mostly with finger pressure. and cross fiber friction, it is most commonly used to treat injuries such as whiplash and strain/sprain syndromes. It is frequently prescribed by a physician.

	Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction / relaxation that promotes healing. It is done through "laying on of hands", and is based on the flow of life force energy for healing.

	Aromatherapy is the ancient practice of the massaging of essential oils into the body to elicit different physical and emotional responses. This adds another dimension to the massage and is both enjoyable and beneficial. We can create a custom blend just for you which includes oil to take home. Add $10 to the cost of your massage.

Although no two massages are exactly alike, there are some commonly accepted rules or propriety. If, for example, you don't request a particular massage therapist, the spa or massage center personnel should ask whether you prefer a man or a woman. And discretion dictates that even a same-sex therapist leave the room while you disrobe and arrange yourself on the massage table. You should also be given the option of keeping on your panties or briefs. Towels or sheets will be available to cover you.
